Although we are an organization of healers, we’re liberal about payment options that you could make through any mode of electronic media; still, to clarify, NO service provided by us, including those related to health and wellness therapy, is non-refundable. As previously mentioned, we cannot always accept refund requests because of the kind of service we offer, which entails a certain amount of commitment from our healthcare professionals.

Refund Conditions:

1. Non-Cancellable Orders: These therapies, especially IV therapies, involve appointment times. Once such an appointment has been made and the service delivered, customers cannot cancel or be offered a refund. In case the service has been provided, the completion of the service means the client cannot ask for a refund.
2. Genuine Refund Requests: However, in specific circumstances where the user requests a refund, he or she should do so by presenting legal substantiation. This should be in addition to a valid form of identification and your mode of payment. As to this issue, everything will be closely checked and discussed before a decision is made about a
   particular request.
3. Refund Process: If a refund is approved, HealthOne may prepare a refund memorandum or file, refine it, and later approve or issue a cheque and/or cash memo, depending on the nature of the case. The whole process will be done in compliance with the company’s policies and the rules governing the United Arab Emirates.
4. No Interest on Refunds: Please note that no interest will be charged to any refund, so the time it takes to process the refund will not attract any interest whatsoever. Refunding will be allowed for the essential amounts paid, and no extra amount will be added due to
   such delay.
5. Frequent Refund Requests: If the customer frequently seeks a refund for no cogent reason, refund abuse may lead to the cancellation of the account or the denial of all or some services to the customer. We advise all customers to bear this in mind when
   applying for a refund.
6. We suggest you read all the necessary details before booking an IV therapy session and you are happy with your decisions. We care about health and focus on your wellbeing, and accordingly, we aim to provide the best possible care and service.
